Lauren Hawk completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in May of 2013. She uses her background in alignment, flow, and breath to create a supportive, accessible, and empowering fabrics practice. Believing that a strong circus practice is above all a fun one, she brings a lighthearted and playful energy to her lessons — the aerial fabrics are, after all, an opportunity to tumble and spin around in the air and what could be more fun than that?
